Due to such a high demand of evening Follow Up appts and the extra time Initial Visits take, we will no longer be offering evening time slots for Initial Visits. After the Initial Visit, we are happy to accommodate evening Follow-Up appts as long as there are openings.

PLEASE NOTE: We require 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellation or reschedules. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancel/reschedule fee and no-show appointments will be charge the full fee. Please be sure to make changes through our scheduling system up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours of your appointment, please call the clinic (715-814-1244) or email us at dralyssa@equilibriumacupuncturewi.com, we do not receive text messages or phone calls through the number that provides the appointment reminders.
